Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 4 years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain certification.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse staff in training, coaching, and counseling.
• Oversees a location with potential multiple warehouse systems and services.
• Partners with cross-functional teams on pre-sales feasibility/cost analysis.
• Completes operational activities on-time and updates Sales and Ops teams.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to support project deliveries.
• Reviews and improves existing processes and procedures.
