Job summary

Wesco seeks a Senior Manager – Operations to lead multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment. You will manage teams including Operations Associates, Drivers, and Administrative Coordinators across locations, driving on-time fulfillment and service quality improvements.

You will engage with Sales and other departments, tackle escalations, and guide lean initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance. This role may involve travel and unionized staff management as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience, preferably in distribution centers.
• Experience leading a group of contributors or indirect supervisors.
• Strong communication skills in group and individual settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time order fulfillment and shipping across locations.
• Manage multiple warehouses and value-added services.
• Maintain safe, secure, and inclusive workplace.
• Coach, hire, train, and assess staff performance.
