The position requires leadership experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a focus on quality and safety within a healthcare distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Manhattan).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 15-20 warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products.
• Monitor site productivity and hold staff accountable to daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Adhere to budget objectives and maintain quality and inventory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Schedule daily workforce to optimize picking, replenishment, restocking, and shipping.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Develop staff through training, coaching and performance reviews.
