Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments and performance of associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics and guides staff to complete tasks safely and accurately.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and prioritizes work for the team.
• Monitors attendance and ensures adequate headcount to meet objectives.
• Reports team performance to management and communicates issues and resolutions.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new staff and provides trainings.
