Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse supervisory experience.
• Minimum two (2) years dispatching experience or comparable logistics coordination experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all shipping and receiving activities and document damages.
• Schedule all incoming loads and assign appointment times.
• Maintain records of shipments and ensure portal entries are accurate and timely.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain warehouse condition per company standards and optimize layout and processes.
• Oversee labor hours and adjust in the timekeeping system for final approval.
• Communicate daily with foremen and drivers to optimize scheduling and dispatch.
