Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Garland, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum two (2) years dispatching experience or comparable warehouse staging and/or storage movement background preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and distribution of products.
• Supervise warehouse personnel; coordinate equipment and labor resources and schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare monthly reporting for storage conditions and MEI-owned equipment.
• Ensure all procedures, paperwork and timekeeping are compliant with MEI standards and policies.
• Drive team performance and develop employees within Continuous Improvement processes.
