Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years of supervisory experience in warehousing or Supply Chain, experience with WMS/TMS, a valid driver''s license, and strong data analysis and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in warehousing or supply chain.
• WMS/TMS experience required.
• Valid driver''s license and be insurable.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations pertaining to warehousing and logistics; English literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations across locations.
• Manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and staffing levels.
• Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory, systems, and data integrity.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and distribution.
• Analyze logistics and operations information to optimize cost efficiency for storage/transport.
• Assist warehouse personnel with problem-solving and troubleshooting of logistics issues.
• Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory and administrative requirements.
• Lead inventory counts, reporting, and documentation process.
• Travel to local warehouse locations frequently; some overnight travel may be required.
