Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations to lead a diverse team across multiple warehouse facilities in Illinois. You will drive on-time fulfillment, shipping accuracy, inventory health and process improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coach staff, oversee P&L for your location, and collaborate with sales and other support teams to align with business strategy and budget plans. Strong leadership and Lean experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ operations experience, distribution center facilities preferred.
• Experience managing a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory and quality systems.
• Manage location(s) operations with multiple facilities and value-added services.
