Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency in a structured day schedule.

Schedule: Sun/Mon/Thu/Fri 4am–2:30pm. Requires AA degree or equivalent, forklift instructor certification, and 3–6 years of relevant experience; bilingual is a plus; experience with JDA/JDE (Blue Yonder) systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives.
• Monitor loading, dispatch, receiving times; ensure QIP, HACCP and DOT compliance.
• Inform associates to ensure productivity and safety.
• Complete reports and paperwork (time records, logs, etc.).
• Monitor product damage and audit routes for reliable delivery.
• Plan and schedule manpower.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization.
