Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our San Antonio 2 facility. This on-site leadership role oversees day-to-day operations in a high-volume, temperature-controlled distribution center serving iconic quick-service restaurant brands.

You will lead people, not just processes, to ensure safe, efficient delivery of goods. We’re seeking a driven, organized leader with 3–6 years in warehouse ops and a passion for safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes.
• Communicate clearly with your team, set expectations and keep operations aligned.
• Track KPIs, complete reports, and act based on the data.
