Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking an Ops Clerk to support a 24/7 distribution operation. You will perform administrative and clerical tasks to back our operational activities in a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, strong communication skills, and comfort with order processing and customer service. Weekly pay and benefits start after 30 days on site.

Qualifications

Experience performing administrative/clerical tasks in a 24/7 facility.
Experience handling orders and related documents (load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits).
Print and distribute order forms and maintain organized customer files.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately receive and enter customer orders.
Process documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits, and product complaints.
Print and distribute order forms to support smooth customer ordering.
Maintain up-to-date and organized customer files and records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
