Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily administration and operations of the warehouse in Indiana. You will supervise staff, ensure materials are received, stored and shipped per procedures, and drive accurate reporting and inventory control.

You will coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values, while maintaining safety standards and budgeted overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff
• At least 3 years warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting according to procedures
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and day‑to‑day activities
• Audit goods received into warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget and assist with hiring and performance reviews
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues
