Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily warehouse operations, overseeing a team responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping. You will own inventory accuracy, safe operations and on-time material availability for production while developing the team across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience, strong knowledge of ERP/WMS, and a commitment to OSHA safety and 5S principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of warehouse, inventory or materials experience.
3+ years leading, supervising or managing a warehouse or material-handling team.
3+ years of ERP/WMS transactions, inventory control and cycle counting.
3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift) and 5S discipline.
Availability to support a multi-shift operation, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Manages daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping support.
Leads, schedules, trains and manages the performance of warehouse team members.
Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and ERP/WMS transaction discipline.
Ensures on-time material availability to support the production plan.
Maintains organized, safe and 5S-compliant storage and staging areas.
Ensures safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment (OSHA, PIT).
Drives warehouse productivity, space utilization and process improvements.
Resolves material discrepancies, damages and flow issues, escalating as needed.
