Job summary

FLOW-X in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to partner with the Warehouse Manager. This role focuses on on-the-floor execution, team supervision, and rapid problem-solving to keep daily operations on track.

You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, supervise associates and temporary workers, manage scheduling and training, and drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution. Strong communication and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Execution: Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse associates and temporary workers; support scheduling, training, and task allocation.
• Inventory Control: Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: Handle day-to-day operational issues; escalate major issues to Warehouse Manager; ensure cross-team communication.
• Process & Compliance: Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and company policies; support process improvements.
• Cross‑functional Coordination: Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer teams; support client requirements and service levels.
