Job summary

Jillamy Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehousing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control and safe forklift performance. You will train staff, manage overtime and coordinate with operations to meet budget and quality standards.

This role requires 2+ years supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Forklift license and ability to train others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible hours across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all warehouse staff.
• Records all warehouse data, quality, time and labor.
• Performs daily order processing.
• Maintains inventory and supplies.
• Ships and receives goods and materials.
• Responsible for safe forklift operation and to assist operations when needed.
• Supports employees in day to day operations, tasks and troubleshooting.
• Verifies orders and tracks shipments.
• Responsible for general compliance, documentation and ensuring safety and regulatory and customer specification compliance.
• Understand SOPs and properly instituting them.
• Ensuring shop rate is met while maintaining quality.
• Communicates effectively and professionally.
• Actively seeks and supports continuous improvement activities in process efficiencies, costs and effectiveness of work.
• Provides attention to detail and proactively address issues in a timely manner.
• Provides continuous quality checks and alerts management to issues.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Operates safely in all conditions.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
