JW Logistics Operations is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to schedule and oversee warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inbound receiving, inventory documentation, and orderly operation of equipment and facilities. The role includes daily reporting, coordination with vendors and customers, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

The candidate will review orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure proper staging of outbound product while adapting to a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and dock plate.
• Inbound/outbound processes with LTL experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and oversee warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory is properly received and documented.
• Maintain warehouse equipment in good working order.
• Report load and driver issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily reporting in a timely manner.
• Ensure outbound product is staged correctly.
• Assist in communications with vendors and customers.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Review customer, work, and shipping orders for movement.
