Job summary

Jw Nutritional Llc seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping and inventory control. You will supervise a subset of staff, enforce SOPs, and ensure accurate batch documentation and timely product movement.

The role requires prior warehousing experience, strong inventory skills and leadership. You should be able to drive a forklift and adapt to weekend or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehousing experience required.
• Proficient in inventory management systems or processes.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and perform basic math.
• Willingness to work late or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving and shipping.
• Supervise subset of warehouse personnel and training per SOPs.
• Maintain and check inventory; prepare for and ship finished products.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and prepare documentation for shipments and returns.
• Tag containers and verify batch records with COA, BOM, etc.
• Quarantine ingredients with QA for release of quarantined materials.
• Reconcile quantities received and shipped; maintain inventory records.
• Load/unload raw materials; operate forklift as needed.
• Participate in interviews and hiring decisions; promote compliant behavior.
• Foster leadership, open communication and positive team morale.
