Job summary

Jillamy in Mesquite, Texas, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead customer service and warehousing operations. You will manage 3PL processes, documentation, shop rates, safety, and labor planning to meet budget goals.

You will train staff, supervise contractors, and perform hands-on tasks to keep operations efficient and safe, while fostering continuous improvement and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Previous forklift experience required; must obtain and sustain valid forklift license.
• Calm demeanor and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service support for documentation, tracing, 3PL, reporting, etc.
• Ensures efficient processes and administration across the organization.
• Back-up supervision of warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Records warehouse data, quality, time and labor metrics.
• Performs daily order processing and ships/receives goods.
• Maintains inventory and supplies; ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operates forklift and supports operations as needed.
• Schedules shipments and addresses issues promptly.
• Promotes continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
