Contec Inc. seeks a Supervisor I - Warehouse to lead day-to-day distribution center operations. You will direct a team of warehouse associates, manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution, and ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently to support Contec's goals.
You will coach staff, enforce policies, coordinate with ERP systems, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Strong warehouse management and ERP experience are essential.
The Supervisor I - Warehouse oversees the day-to-day warehouse operations by providing leadership, supervision, direction, and support to a team of warehouse associates within their assigned distribution center and shift. This position is responsible for directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are provided safely and effectively to support Contec's goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year College or University Business Administration, Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field; three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to work in warehouse and production environments where they will occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in these environments will be moderate to loud.
The associate will often work in an office environment using a laptop computer, telephone, and copier/printer. The noise level will be low to moderate. Normal office conditions and requirements will include traveling throughout the manufacturing area, frequent overtime, and occasional off-site travel.
