The role leads teams, enforces SOPs, and collaborates with the Operations team to meet delivery and budget objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in warehousing, including supervisory responsibilities, and proficiency with MS Office and PO systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and achieving productivity targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Experience with PO systems and inventory oversight across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff to meet productivity targets.
• Manage timecards and daily administrative duties.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and discipline employees up to termination.
• Develop cross-trained bench for promotion opportunities.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive attention to detail to meet customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and support inquiries.
• Oversee inventories, orders, and shipments.
• Produce regular reports and statistics daily, weekly and monthly.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations.
• Travel up to 10%.
