Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (warehouse/DC preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations and Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure productive, cost-efficient shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Monitor paperwork flow and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and receipts.
• Oversee storage, staging, and rotation of inventories; support audits.
