Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will manage budgeting, safety, and housekeeping to maintain efficient and reliable service.

This role emphasizes process improvements, staff development, and adherence to company policies. A strong background in wholesale electrical distribution, forklift operation, and driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years related experience or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Product knowledge, electrical product materials handling experience, and background in wholesale electrical distribution are strongly recommended

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, and inventory control
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training, direction, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement improved methods for materials handling, stock control and packaging to promote efficiency and reduce costs
