You will lead staff, coordinate shipping/receiving, monitor KPIs, and partner with other departments to ensure on-time, accurate orders. This role requires strong leadership and 5+ years in warehousing with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or logistics, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, including staffing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Supervise delivery drivers to ensure timely and safe customer deliveries.
• Provide input on employee performance and staffing needs.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees.
• Maintain safety and ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA.
• Prepare management reports on productivity and KPIs.
• Identify operational improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows.
