Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, warehousing and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse and inventory operations to meet business objectives.
• Set clear operational priorities and guide team performance to achieve results.
• Monitor inventory levels, positioning, and product movement to support demand and production needs.
• Coordinate with production planning, transportation, and warehouse teams to optimize routing and distribution.
• Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times and forecast inputs.
• Analyze inventory trends and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards by the team.
