Job summary

States Manufacturing Corporation in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations supporting production, shipping, and material handling.

You will lead a warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, receive and ship in accordance with customer and internal requirements, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience with supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and receiving/shipping processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving activities and ensure inbound materials are inspected and documented.
• Verify outbound shipments match orders and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Quality to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate system transactions for all receipts.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for safety and efficiency.
• Schedule timely delivery of materials to production areas.
• Lead warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time shipping, accuracy, labor productivity, and dock throughput.
• Support continuous improvement and safety culture.
