Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in support of our growing business. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and oversees inventory control, material flow, shipping/receiving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse leadership in manufacturing, proven ERP/MRP experience, forklift certification, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management processes.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and adherence to established inventory management processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement teams to maintain material availability.
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing within the ERP system.
