Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead in Pflugerville, TX. The role coordinates distribution activities, mentors associates, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking and staging of shipments per SOPs.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and verify paperwork with drivers.
• Prepare activity reports for site management accurately and efficiently.
• Enforce safety, quality and ISO standards in daily operations.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll targets.
• Maintain equipment and ensure forklift certification remains current.
