Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for product picking/receiving in a productive, cost-efficient manner.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control.
• Adhere to budget requirements and work toward objectives and branch goals.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs conform to OSHA and local regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
