Job summary

AbbVie seeks a results-driven Warehouse Lead to manage a team of up to 13 associates and oversee daily manufacturing support activities. You will direct manpower schedules, monitor equipment performance, and address alarm issues to sustain productivity.

Safety, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations are key responsibilities. Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in pharma operations with 2+ years in a lead role, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or similar, with 2+ years as a Warehouse Lead.
• Strong knowledge of DEA/TSA/FAA/IATA/DOT/IMDG/FTZ compliance preferred.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems to track and trend data.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Understanding of plant economics for efficiency and reliability.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ with assistance, and endure 8+ hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for up to 13 Warehouse Associates.
• Directs operational activities and manpower schedules.
• Analyzes equipment performance and resolves alarm issues and failures.
• Enforces safety, quality, environmental, and personnel policies.
• Leads improvements in manufacturing and departmental processes.
• Communicates operational events to supervisors and teams.
• Participates in meetings and shares information to boost efficiency.
• Provides input for employee evaluations and performance reviews.
