Job summary

Lineage Logistics in McDonough, GA is seeking a warehouse supervisor to supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team. You will work with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity meet company and customer standards.

You will train staff, manage shipments, inventory, and scheduling, and produce reports for plant personnel. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work in variable temperatures.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Manage operations including incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
