Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to direct daily warehouse operations across stores.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, coordinate with Receiving and Inventory Control, and ensure safe, efficient shipping and receiving. You will schedule personnel, monitor paperwork flow, resolve discrepancies, and maintain equipment and safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing and productive operations.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor workflow and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and receiver reports.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
