Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated supervisor to coach and manage a warehouse team on the production floor. You will drive productivity, quality, and safety while meeting deadlines and budgets, and ensure staff receives required training and consistently adheres to company policies.

You will conduct performance reviews, coordinate tasks, and maintain safe operations with timely reporting to the Operations Manager. Prior forklift and packing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.
• Understanding of equipment and tolerances from past experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and distribution objectives within budget.
• Coach and supervise team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Maintain timely communications with customers and suppliers.
