Job summary

ALTOR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving, storage, inventory, and transport of components and finished goods. You will supervise a team handling shipping, order filling, and stock records, while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). A Bachelor's in supply chain or 3–5 years leadership in warehousing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years functional warehouse management and leadership experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational/prioritization skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in NetSuite/ERP system, Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionally communicate with customers on shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including uninterrupted delivery of goods to/from production lines and manufacturing areas.
• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping areas including order filling, shipping, and inventory logging.
• Ensure efficient inbound/outbound transportation scheduling and documentation.
• Schedule shipments; manage domestic and foreign shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records; conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Develop and enforce safe, secure warehouse procedures; supervise staff.
