Job summary

Altor Solutions, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, inventory, and transport of components and finished goods.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory records, and staff, maintaining accuracy and adherence to safety standards. The role requires leadership of workers in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, and stock control, with a focus on process improvement and timely fulfillment of production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management and leadership experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in NetSuite/ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations ensuring uninterrupted delivery to production lines.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory records.
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation scheduling and document execution.
• Create and manage warehouse processes, procedures and staffing compliance.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; reconcile data.
• Lead safety programs and maintain a secure work environment.
