Job summary

Three D Metals, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to assign and coordinate production workers and material flow, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory counts, and staff development. You will plan production sequences, monitor performance, and enforce procedures to optimize warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to discern numbers for weights and measurements with calculator/tape measure/calipers.
• Forklift Trainer Certified is preferred.
• Experience leading and coaching a production team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods.
• Direct daily activities of hourly warehouse staff; conduct training and evaluations.
• Plan schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals and improve throughput.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via monthly counts and data entry; monitor shipments and documents.
