Job summary

TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise day-to-day warehousing activities, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely fulfillment. You will coordinate with Operations, Sales and Branch Management to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements.

The role requires an Associate degree with relevant experience, strong math and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Metalware/NexGen and MS Office. Travel may be required as part of branch support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2 years related experience.
• 1-year relevant industry experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Above average math skills with basic arithmetic in all units.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse activities to ensure safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Plan workflows, schedules and expedites processes to optimize operations.
• Oversee inspection of incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Direct maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with branch management to align goals and performance.
