Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a management or supervisory role.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple shifts, assign work, set priorities, and ensure timely tasks meeting customer expectations.
• Lead and coach warehouse team members in a hands-on management style.
• Oversee fabrication operations (roll shutters and roof pans) ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
• Manage receiving, order fulfillment, loading, and shipping for accuracy and security of movement.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery to support customer orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts and proper controls.
• Monitor supplies and materials, and maintain facility and equipment.
