Job summary

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees while fostering a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity, quality, and service level goals are achieved.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper tracking, cycle counts, and replenishment processes.
