Cadence Petroleum Group is seeking a Facility Manager for our Indianapolis site. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and focuses on executing daily plans to meet operational goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and coordinating inbound/outbound activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and excellent customer service with suppliers and customers.

• Manage warehouse associates and support delivery drivers.

• Provide superior customer service and professional relations with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with employees on objectives, policies and procedures.
