Job summary

Cadence Petroleum Group is seeking a Facility Manager for our Indianapolis site. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and focuses on executing daily plans to meet operational goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and coordinating inbound/outbound activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and excellent customer service with suppliers and customers.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.
