Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years in production/ manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated environments; drug handling preferred.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma and ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for the West, Indiana site to manage costs and inventories.
• Develop production plans with regional planners and plant personnel.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, and planning operations.
