Job summary

Cadence Petroleum Group, DBA Davison Fuels, is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staffing, and support delivery drivers. The role reports to the Facility Manager and focuses on achieving operational objectives with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include managing warehouse staff, optimizing routes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the warehouse associates, dispatch routes, and support delivery drivers
• Plan, monitor and execute schedules and adjust staffing to meet operational demands
• Manage inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain productivity, customer service and safety standards daily
• Provide superior customer service and maintain professional relations with customers and suppliers
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, etc. to employees
• Use knowledge of schedules, delivery times, traffic, and routes to increase route efficiencies
• Load and unload products according to load size and content description
• Present a professional image to enhance the company's brand
• Perform other related duties as assigned
