Cadence Petroleum Group in Indianapolis seeks a Facility Manager to run the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Indianapolis site. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and drive plans to meet operational and business goals.

Responsibilities include leading warehouse staff, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and customer service standards. The role offers multiple benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse associates and support delivery drivers.
• Plan, monitor and execute schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Oversee inbound and outbound loading and unloading and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, customer service and safety standards daily.
• Provide superior customer service and professional relations with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate objectives, policies and safety methods to employees.
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatchers for efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of schedules, delivery times and routes to improve routes.
• Safely load and unload products according to load size and content.
• Maintain company image with professional behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
