Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC seeks a Regional Director of Operations for 4-wall warehouses across multiple sites. You will shape operational strategy, lead Site Leaders, and own end-to-end tasks from receiving to shipping, including automation enablement and safety.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will manage P&L, drive throughput, and partner with HR on workforce planning while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in warehouse/distribution leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience managing full-service (4-wall) warehouse ops across multiple sites.
• Hands-on with automation tech (conveyor, sortation, AS/RS, robotics) and WMS/WCS/WES.
• Proven track record leading large teams and achieving productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end 4-wall warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Lead Site Leaders, Operations Managers, and Supervisors regionally.
• Own regional P&L and cost control targets; manage labor and budgets.
• Oversee optimization of automation systems to improve throughput and accuracy.
• Ensure safety, SOPs, and continuous improvement using data.
