Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee daily logistics, manufacturing, purchasing and sales functions. You will set performance metrics, drive process improvements and ensure safety and quality across the operation.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, coordinate with engineering, technology and customer service to deliver cost-efficient workflows and high service levels. Applicants should have extensive senior management experience in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establishes metrics and standards to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
• Implements policies and procedures that improve day-to-day operations.
• Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to meet goals.
• Plans and forecasts budgets and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
