The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in business administration or operations management, 10+ years in senior management, and proven leadership in supply chain settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes metrics and standards to evaluate efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments to meet goals.
• Plans, directs, and controls budgets and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
• Communicates new directives to managers and explains changes to staff to maintain morale.
• Leads coordination among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service to improve workflows.
