Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, seeks a Senior Freight Solutions Consultant to drive new business and expand existing accounts in a non-asset-based freight brokerage model. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, partnering with operations to ensure feasible, tailored logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and pursue new customers within designated industry verticals and geographic markets.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve margin and revenue goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain CRM records and develop account strategies to win and grow freight opportunities.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships as a trusted business partner.
