Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Coordinator, Warehouse Operations for the AME Operations team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. You will help keep daily order flow moving by coordinating batches and distributions to support efficient warehouse execution.

You will collaborate with Fulfillment, Inventory, IT, and Customer Experience to resolve issues, monitor queues, and identify process improvements. 1-3 years in warehouse/logistics plus ERP/WMS/TMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, customer service, or order management.
• Warehouse, DC, or logistics experience preferred.
• Customer service or order management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and release daily order batches in accordance with business priorities and operational capacity.
• Allocate, print, sort, and distribute orders to support efficient warehouse execution.
• Monitor order queues and batch progression throughout the day to ensure orders continue flowing through the operation without unnecessary delays.
• Proactively identify aging, stalled, or exception orders and coordinate with Fulfillment, Inventory, IT, or Customer Experience to drive timely resolution.
• Manage the shared LC Fulfillment inbox by responding to order inquiries, providing status updates, and coordinating follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Manage exception flows, including shorted orders and other order-related issues.
• Assist with monitoring workload throughout the day and communicate changing priorities to warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and recommend practical solutions that enhance efficiency and customer service.
