Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for the Pandora AME Operations in Maryland. The role supports the Omni Operations team by receiving, inspecting, sorting, and storing inventory, while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and adherence to safety standards.

You will use WMS and handheld scanners, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity goals. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of warehouse experience are preferred; overtime and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, process, and store incoming, returned, and transferred merchandise.
• Pick, pack, audit, and prepare customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform inventory activities including replenishments, stock moves, put-aways, cycle counts, and audits.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, handheld devices, and other operational tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve inventory, product, or packaging discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions and data entry.
• Safely move materials and products throughout the facility following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety, security, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support operational goals.
• Support cross-functional warehouse activities and assist other departments as needed.
• Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
