Job summary

Pandora AME Operations in Maryland is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse tasks in our distribution center.

You will use WMS and handheld scanners, perform cycle counts, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity goals. A High School diploma and 1–3 years in a warehouse are required, with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, process, and store incoming, returned, and transferred merchandise.
• Pick, pack, audit, and prepare customer and store orders accurately.
• Conduct inventory activities including replenishments, stock moves, put-aways, cycle counts, and audits.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, handheld devices, and other tools to complete tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve inventory, product, or packaging discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions and data entry.
• Safely move materials and products throughout the facility following procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support goals.
• Support cross-functional warehouse activities and assist other departments as needed.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
